GETTING YOU THE RIGHT FIT... EVERY TIME
Getting out the door and running can be hard. That's why we make it our mission to make each run as pleasant as possible... and that starts by making sure you're in the right shoes. Have aching shins? We can fix that. Plantar fasciitis? We can heal it. Aching IT band? We can handle that too. How do we do it? By following the 5 step process below.
It's much easier to fix a problem when you know what the problem is. That's why our staff begins the fit process by getting to know a bit about you. Does anything hurt? How much do you run? Were you happy with your last pair of shoes? This simple process lets our staff know what to look for, and what to focus on, as they move through the fit process.
STEP 1 - THE Q & A
STEP 2 - GAIT ANALYSIS
We can learn a lot simply from the way that you walk. Looking at more than just the feet, we'll determine the motions your body goes through from foot strike to toe off. Do you feet roll inwards or outwards? Do you have higher or lower arches? Do you have bowed legs? Wide or narrow feet? Bunions? These are just a few of the things we'll take into consideration.
STEP 3 - CHOICES
We'll narrow down the choices on the wall and show you which shoes are going to work best. You can choose to pick a few or have our staff select a few for you. While options are great, they can also be overwhelming. Ideally, you'll want to start with 3-4 models. If you like, but don't love, one of the first choices we'll choose others that have a similar feel.
Woohoo, you've chosen the pair you like! We'll double check the size and fit just to make sure no other adjustments need to be made before you walk out the door.
Here's the fun part. Run. Doesn't matter the surface... road, track, or trail. Have an adventure every day in your new shoes. And remember, as good as those shoes feel they do have a lifespan of roughly 400 miles. Once you hit that magic mark, bring your shoes back to us, we'll check the wear, ask how they worked, and do it all over again.
